Jake leads development and strategy at Double J. He stays involved from the very beginning — working through site selection, land acquisition, and design coordination — and stays in it all the way to the end. He keeps things straightforward and makes sure every project starts the right way.
Jay runs all construction operations at Double J. He oversees every build from groundbreaking to final walkthrough — managing subcontractors, timelines, and quality control to ensure every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, on schedule and on budget.
